Development and implementation of the security management general system
- Management and logistics
Customer relations, scheduling of product movements, administrative procedures, scheduling, materials accounting, management of stocks and available quotas, production of administrative documents, management of everyday operations.
- Operations
Monitoring of the systems, reception and shipment of products, product quality control, input and output metering.
- Technical
Maintenance of the facilities, monitoring and checks, periodical inspections, local project management.
