Construction Management

In the construction phase and according to the client’s needs, Geostock can assume the role of:

Project manager,
Construction manager,
Owner’s engineer or owner’s representative,
EPCM contactor (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management).

Our services include supervision of the engineering detailed studies, procurement of equipments, EPC contractor selection, supervision of the construction, HSE management, testing and commissioning of underground and surface facilities, as well as preparation of operating manuals and training of future operators.

In some cases, we can also act as a support to EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contractor.
