Geostock has been awarded a new contract in China

Geostock has been awarded by China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering (CPPE), a subsidiary of the National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), a 1.5 million euro contract following an invitation to tender issued last March to undertake the Basic Design Study of a Crude Oil mined cavern storage project in China with a capacity of 3 million tons.

In 2006, Geostock was awarded and realised a first contract with CPPE for a Feasibility Study of the same project.
The new contract, which was notified on 30 June 2009, covers the following services:
- additional site investigation program and supervision of investigation works
- basic engineering design
